Big changes are coming to DONNA Marathon Weekend 2026 — and we’re ready to share them with you first.

Set for January 30 through February 1, the 19th Annual DONNA Marathon Weekend brings Destination: Love to life with a refreshed race experience. This year, all race events — including the 5K, DONNA Dash, and Ultra 110 — will be held at the beach, uniting the entire weekend in one inspiring, oceanside location.

With major renovations underway at our downtown venue, and in continued partnership with the Jaguars Foundation, this shift allows us to simplify logistics and strengthen the community experience that defines DONNA.

And there’s more — we’ve also moved your race weekend home base. The Hilton Jacksonville at Mayo Clinic is now our official host hotel and the new home of the DONNA Health & Wellness Expo. From packet pickup to race prep, everything you need will be in one convenient, beach-adjacent spot. We’ll even provide complimentary shuttle service to the coast to make your race day seamless.
