The DONNA Foundation announced on February 24, 2025 its participation in USA Today’s 10Best Readers’ Choice Travel Awards. The DONNA Foundation’s National Marathon to Finish Breast Cancer is one of 20 contenders for “Best Marathon” category — seeking to identify the best 26.2-mile race in the country. This comes after earning the #4 spot for its Half Marathon in 2024.

The DONNA Foundation, founded in 2003, provides hope, support and financial relief for families living with a breast cancer diagnosis, both local to Jacksonville and across the country, through its DONNA CareLine. Each year, thousands of runners from around the world come to The City of Jacksonville and The Beaches to participate in DONNA Marathon Weekend, including the nominated marathon distance.

Votes may be submitted by those who are 18 years or older in the United States or Europe once per day through Monday, March 24 at noon ET.
