Background: DONNA The National Marathon to Finish Breast Cancer is the only marathon in the country dedicated to breast cancer research and care. The Inaugural race in February of 2008 earned rave reviews and eclipsed all expectations for a first time race with over 7,000 registered runners from all 50 states and 15 countries.  98 percent of runners surveyed said they would recommend DONNA to a friend.
