“Our team was comprised of local runners who know how significant the DONNA Foundation and race is to the community. We all were planning to participate and the relay option presented a unique opportunity. Once we formed our team we set a goal to both win the race and set the unofficial course record, which we were able to accomplish both! I think I am speaking for the whole group when I say it was a well organized event and awesome experience for a great cause. In one form or another I think we are all planning to participate again next year.”

Mike and Chris McCaffrey also noted that they have an Aunt who is a breast cancer survivor, which gives the race and foundation added meaning.
